Identification

  • Small, drab songbird
  • Olive back, light below
  • Head has grey crown
  • White eyebrow with dark eyeline below
  • 6" (15 cm.)

Habitat

  • Deciduous and mixed forest

Additional Information

  • Abundant migrant and summer resident
  • Very common nester in the Reserve forests
  • Prefers forest interior
  • In breeding season, male continues
         to sing into the afternoon
