The Kickapoo Valley Reserve is a FEE AREA.
 
Passes/Permits can be purchased online or in the KVR Visitor Center.
 
State Park and Trail passes do not apply on the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.

Parking at a river access point requires a parking or annual pass. 
Purchase online here or at the Visitor Center. 
You MUST display your confirmation number or annual pass in your vehicle to avoid a courtesy notice. 
WI State Park passes do not apply.

Use of the trails requires a pass for each person 16 years old and over.   
You MUST display your confirmation number or annual pass in your vehicle to avoid a courtesy notice.

Hunters and fishers are exempt from use fees. WI DNR licenses and rules apply.
Scouting is considered hiking, and a pass is required





Campsites must be paid for prior to setting up. 
Sites can be booked up to 45 days in advance of the first day of the stay. 
Limit 10 people per site. 
Book a campsite online or at the Visitor Center. There are no paper self-registration stations.

 Trail pass is required per person to use the trails.  A vehicle parking pass is not valid for use of the trails. Trail passes are sold per person/family.

Vehicle accessible $15/night
 A valid camping permit is required to camp at the KVR.  Camp in designated sites only.  Camping permit doubles as a parking permit for river access points.  A camping permit does not cover a trail pass, except for ingress and egress to hike in campsite.
Special Event 
Camping
$75/nightCampsite AA and Campsite I are available for special event camping for groups larger than 10 people.  Special Event applications must be received prior to 45 days from the first day of your requested stay.  Site availability is not guaranteed until camping fee is paid in full. Porta Pot rental is required.
