Ages 6-7:  Wonder Wanderers

Children will become nature detectives, looking for clues, solving mysteries, and using their senses to look, listen, touch, taste, and smell.  Our days will include hikes, games, projects, and an explorer’s notebook.

Ages 6-7: Plant Curiosities

Through this hands-on camp, we will learn about all the fun and interesting facts about the plants around us. We’ll conduct experiments to learn how plants eat and drink. Campers will get to be crafty as we use plants to create beautiful items to take home. We may even make some tasty drinks. Questions and curiosity are encouraged in this camp!

Ages 6-7:  Trail Trekkers

Let’s hit the trail! Trail Trekkers will explore trails on foot, on wheels and even on the water! We will explore Old 131 Trail on bikes*, strider or pedal, no experience necessary! Hike our way to a day camp and explore tent camping. Build pint sized boats and rafts and float them down a child friendly stream. All the things you loved to do outside as a kid, yup, we will do them! We will get muddy, wet, build forts, climb trees, become explorers and navigators, make friends, and just have fun being in nature and being a kid!
